 Another value added toolbar other than Google's has to be Alexa Toolbar. For my own use, Alexa Toolbar is best to view realtime information such as average traffic ranking and related links of that particular website. At times you can even find new competitors links too, just click it and you be at their sites. Gives you a competitive edge to learn more about your competitors' products and services. Together with Google Toolbar and Alexa Toolbar, you can easily verify claims by webmasters about their hits and visitors to their sites before deciding whether you want to advertise to promote your blog or not. At the same time, you can also check onto these 2 toolbars to see what you have done right that may increase your pageranking (Google) and your average traffic ranking too. Another tip is you do not have to use all the buttons from both toolbars as both will take up some space in your browser. What I did was drag and drop those buttons that I need and combine them into one single bar. See image below.
