This blog was started on 01 Aug '06, when some ex-students (ecommerce) asked me about how to make money from blogging. So everyday, I will set aside some time from my business to consolidate and create articles.

| FAQ |
Will there be any loss to the visitors that click your ads?
The answer is No. Every click is payable by the providers (e.g. Google, ClickSor) which charges advertisers for a fee to place their products or services via them at your blog.
In another word, the money you receive is in fact from the advertisers and these providers are just middleman that faciliate the service.
So do I click any ads when I am visiting others' blogs?
Why not? If it is something that interests you, a recommended product or services that you find value add, just click it.
The visitors get values from the links, the bloggers get to earn some coins or dollars, the ad providers make a cut also and the advertisers get to have a new potential customer too. Everyone wins! :)

Exchange Links?
|

To increase qualified traffic to your blog, you can also invites other webmasters (owners of blogs or websites) to exchange links. Similar to trading, exchanging links is a web promotion strategy commonly used by webmasters and site owners.
You can do the same by first inviting your contacts, friends, associates, partners to exchange links with you where their sites have the same type of visitors. Contact the owners by a phone call, sharing with them what your site is about and request politely to link each other's website in order to share traffic.
Another benefit of linking up with each others' website is to increase the visibility to search engines. As the search engine is doing its job at a particular site and if it comes across an outgoing link, it will 'view' it as a value added link that the site sees it important (therefore the outgoing link from the site). More of such outgoing links to your site will increase your chances of being spidered, appearing in search results and directing more traffic too.
You can also place a link or a form at your site to invite others to exchange links with you. For example, in this blog I placed a 'Exchange Links?' under the 'MyBlogLog' box. I placed all the links under BlogRolling on the left side.
