Will there be any loss to the visitors that click your ads?
The answer is No. Every click is payable by the providers (e.g. Google, ClickSor) which charges advertisers for a fee to place their products or services via them at your blog.
In another word, the money you receive is in fact from the advertisers and these providers are just middleman that faciliate the service.
So do I click any ads when I am visiting others' blogs?
Why not? If it is something that interests you, a recommended product or services that you find value add, just click it.
The visitors get values from the links, the bloggers get to earn some coins or dollars, the ad providers make a cut also and the advertisers get to have a new potential customer too. Everyone wins! :)

 Mr. Rich Schefren the owner of the site, coaches many of today's most well known and most respected top Internet gurus and service providers on streamlining their businesses while exploding their profits. He is partnered with Jay Abraham, John Carlton, Jeff Paul, Stephen Pierce, Yanik Silver, and Alex Mandossian.
Just couple of days ago, he rolled out 'The Final Chapter' of the 'Internet Business Manifesto'. It is a very good read that opens up many business opportunities whirling around on what really is internet marketing.

Another one worth looking (not a free book) is from Professor James Bradley's internet million dollars, that creates waves too amongst the internet marketers.
