This blog was started on 01 Aug '06, when some ex-students (ecommerce) asked me about how to make money from blogging. So everyday, I will set aside some time from my business to consolidate and create articles.

FAQ
Will there be any loss to the visitors that click your ads?
The answer is No. Every click is payable by the providers (e.g. Google, ClickSor) which charges advertisers for a fee to place their products or services via them at your blog.
In another word, the money you receive is in fact from the advertisers and these providers are just middleman that faciliate the service.
So do I click any ads when I am visiting others' blogs?
Why not? If it is something that interests you, a recommended product or services that you find value add, just click it.
The visitors get values from the links, the bloggers get to earn some coins or dollars, the ad providers make a cut also and the advertisers get to have a new potential customer too. Everyone wins! :)

Part 1 - PayPerPost service
Wednesday, February 28, 2007
Recently I been trying out this very interesting service from PayPerPost where you are paid by advertisers for your opinion on various topics. Search through a list of opportunities, make a blog posting, get your content approved, and get paid.
I just tried it out and it is really interesting as somehow the traffic to the website spiked whenever a post is made about some products from PayPerPost.
You see, this is how it works:
- Sign up (and then wait for them to inform you if you are in as member)
- Once approved, visit 'View Opportunities' where there be a list of opportunities open for you to pick and choose which product or service to review.
- Follow closely the instructions and the guideline given to you. For example, some require you to have a minimum Page Ranking of say, 3. If you are less than that, your review will most likely be rejected.
- Once you take up that opportunity, you be required to submit the URL of that entry and also the title of the blog entry also. So open your blog at another window and start doing a review of the selected product or service.
- After you are done submitting all information, it is time to wait. Wait for it to be approved.
