Will there be any loss to the visitors that click your ads?
The answer is No. Every click is payable by the providers (e.g. Google, ClickSor) which charges advertisers for a fee to place their products or services via them at your blog.
In another word, the money you receive is in fact from the advertisers and these providers are just middleman that faciliate the service.
So do I click any ads when I am visiting others' blogs?
Why not? If it is something that interests you, a recommended product or services that you find value add, just click it.
The visitors get values from the links, the bloggers get to earn some coins or dollars, the ad providers make a cut also and the advertisers get to have a new potential customer too. Everyone wins! :)

 Will write more on this interesting way of earning money through searches and also getting others to sign up as members through referral method with no lost to the new member.
I just signed up and my impression is .. well it may give you some money but it requires quite a lot of stamina as it is quite similar to e-MLM.

Update: 13 Feb
After a few days of monitoring how Slashmysearch.com works, it gave me the impression that they are not entirely focusing on letting the members do searching and earn some money from the results as opposed to statement from them:
"Use SlashMySearch.com as your primary search engine and earn money! All pages and features on SlashMySearch.com count towards your activity. Sign up now for free and earn money every day! We make money from advertising and we share it with you."
Instead after you signed up it will always direct you to the page 'http://www.slashmysearch.com/earn/members/' encouraging you to get downlines to join, somehow it doesnt present itself with any search bar for the members to do searching anymore. It will be best to have a search bar in that same page so that it will encourage more users to search immediately on the spot. You have to manually key in your own weblink and save it with your ID. For example, mine is http://www.slashmysearch.com/earn/id/368 so if I want to go searching it be best to use this one so that money can be earned.
 To do any searches, you have to take a step back to http://www.slashmysearch.com to start any search but you have to remember to log in first else all those will not gain you any money.
As Slashmysearch.com is still in beta stage, it has to improve overtime to indicate clearly its correct positioning otherwise it may end up confusing members wandering aimlessly in the searching and eventually give up.
One thing for sure is that this website is picking up momentum in the blogsphere and it be good to be there early. The last check there are about only 500 members, so be there early. Worth a try

is this realiable? i have more than $20...but cant't claim. they say i can only claim those earing from 1 jan 2007 to 1 oct 2007.

It's not working anymore...
It's a SCAM and I had not been paid eventhough my earnings had already exceeded $500
I requested payments and they simply just put it in my account as PAID but NO PAYMENTS were received from them.
THEY DON'T PAY!!!
