This blog was started on 01 Aug '06, when some ex-students (ecommerce) asked me about how to make money from blogging. So everyday, I will set aside some time from my business to consolidate and create articles.

| FAQ |
Will there be any loss to the visitors that click your ads?
The answer is No. Every click is payable by the providers (e.g. Google, ClickSor) which charges advertisers for a fee to place their products or services via them at your blog.
In another word, the money you receive is in fact from the advertisers and these providers are just middleman that faciliate the service.
So do I click any ads when I am visiting others' blogs?
Why not? If it is something that interests you, a recommended product or services that you find value add, just click it.
The visitors get values from the links, the bloggers get to earn some coins or dollars, the ad providers make a cut also and the advertisers get to have a new potential customer too. Everyone wins! :)

One of the smartest strategies deployed by some very successful bloggers is to get their readers involved in providing the contents, materials to the site which in turn let other readers read about them.
How many blogs can you think of that use such strategy?
There are a handful of these and they are doing extremely well with more and more readers spreading the word of mouths about it. It just grow and grow on its own. The initial phase of setting such a site up is not easy of cos but if you strike it good, all the hard work pays off.
Some time last year, I helped in setting up from a personal blog to a more public blog where readers submit photos of those rude people to that site. And the owners will post it up. It also grow from just posting photos to discussions of their personal experience. Also, they are not charging high on the advertisements which in turn attracted some local advertisers too (including my company).
